2. Account Register

• Each individual may open only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, they will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.

• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to anyone else is completely prohibited.

8. Account Closure and Appeals

You can close your account at any time through our support. Any withdrawals should be made before closing the account.

Xbat may also close accounts in the following cases:

• If evidence of Terms violation is found.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• If evidence of suspicious or illegal activity is found.
• Accounts inactive for a long period (typically 12 months).

If you wish to appeal an account closure, contact support within 30 days. xbat will review the appeal within a reasonable timeframe.
